Divine Mercy Girls Seminary Sponsorship Program
SPONSORS NEEDED

 
                     The Divine Mercy Girls Seminary (DMGS) Student Sponsorship Program, established in 2017, was created to help cover the cost of tuition and boarding for students who come primarily from impoverished farming families. Divine Mercy Girls Seminary provides a Catholic secondary school education with safe boarding for young girls in Bukoba, Tanzania.
             Students at DMGS are free to discern either a religious vocation as a St. Thérèse Sister or a non-religious vocation. Sponsored students receive continued financial support beyond their years at DMGS, including assistance for high school and college. DMGS graduates continue to board at DMGS while attending high school, ensuring safety, mentorship, and a faith-filled environment during these critical years.
         As a sponsor, you will receive annually a personal profile, photograph, and handwritten letter from your sponsored student. Your sponsorship provides education, faith formation, and the opportunity for a brighter, independent future, transforming not only a young girl’s life, but the future of her family and community. Through this meaningful connection, your prayers and support become a source of encouragement and hope. Currently, several students are prayerfully hoping for sponsorship for the upcoming school year.

Sponsorship Costs:
• $700 per year / $350 per half-year (Secondary School / High School)
• $1,000 per year / $500 per half-year (College)
